|
بِسْمِ ٱللَّـهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ |
In the name of God, the Almighty,1 the Merciful. |
|
|
ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ |
552 1 The Almighty:1 |
|
|
عَلَّمَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ |
2 Taught the Qur’an,1 |
|
|
خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ |
3 Created man, |
|
|
عَلَّمَهُ ٱلْبَيَانَ |
4 Taught him the clear statement.1 |
|
|
ٱلشَّمْسُ وَٱلْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍ |
5 The sun and the moon are in calculation,1 |
|
|
وَٱلنَّجْمُ وَٱلشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَانِ |
6 And the star and the tree submit.1 |
|
|
وَٱلسَّمَآءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ ٱلْمِيزَانَ |
7 And the heaven — He raised it (and He set up the balance, |
|
|
أَلَّا تَطْغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْمِيزَانِ |
8 That you transgress not in the balance; |
|
|
وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلْوَزْنَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا۟ ٱلْمِيزَانَ |
9 And uphold the weight with equity,1 and cause not loss to the balance.) |
|
|
وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ |
10 And the earth — He set it out for living creatures, |
|
|
فِيهَا فَـٰكِهَةٌ وَٱلنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ ٱلْأَكْمَامِ |
11 Therein is fruit, and date-palms with sheaths, |
|
|
وَٱلْحَبُّ ذُو ٱلْعَصْفِ وَٱلرَّيْحَانُ |
12 And the grain with husks, and fragrant herbs. |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
13 Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? |
|
|
خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ مِن صَلْصَـٰلٍ كَٱلْفَخَّارِ |
14 He created man of sounding clay like pottery, |
|
|
وَخَلَقَ ٱلْجَآنَّ مِن مَّارِجٍ مِّن نَّارٍ |
15 And He created the demon dominus1 from a mixture of fire. |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
16 Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? |
|
|
رَبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْمَغْرِبَيْنِ |
17 The Lord of the Two Easts, and the Lord of the Two Wests: |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
18 — Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? — |
|
|
مَرَجَ ٱلْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ |
||
|
بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ |
||
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
21 — Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? — |
|
|
يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمَا ٱللُّؤْلُؤُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ |
||
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
23 Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? |
|
|
وَلَهُ ٱلْجَوَارِ ٱلْمُنشَـَٔاتُ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ كَٱلْأَعْلَـٰمِ |
24 And His are the ships raised in the sea like banners.1 |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
25 Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? |
|
|
كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍ |
26 Everyone on it1 is to perish, |
|
|
وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو ٱلْجَلَـٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ |
27 But the face of thy Lord will remain,1 Owner of Majesty and Honour.2 |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
28 Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? |
|
|
يَسْـَٔلُهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِى شَأْنٍ |
29 There asks of Him whoso is in the heavens and the earth; every day is He involved:1 |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
30 — Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? — |
|
|
سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمْ أَيُّهَ ٱلثَّقَلَانِ |
31 We will attend to you, O you two encumbered ones! |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
32 Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? |
|
|
يَـٰمَعْشَرَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ إِنِ ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا۟ مِنْ أَقْطَارِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنفُذُوا۟ لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَـٰنٍ |
33 O congregation of domini1 and servi:2 if you are able to penetrate the regions3 of the heavens and the earth, then penetrate! You will not penetrate save by authority: |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
34 — Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? — |
|
|
يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٌ مِّن نَّارٍ وَنُحَاسٌ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَانِ |
35 Sent against you1 will be a flame of fire and smoke;2 and you3 will not be helped. |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
36 Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? |
|
|
فَإِذَا ٱنشَقَّتِ ٱلسَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةً كَٱلدِّهَانِ |
37 And when the sky is rent asunder, and turns rose-red like oil,1 |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
38 — Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? — |
|
|
فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يُسْـَٔلُ عَن ذَنۢبِهِۦٓ إِنسٌ وَلَا جَآنٌّ |
39 Then, that day, neither servus1 nor dominus2 will be questioned about his transgression.3 |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
40 Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? |
|
|
يُعْرَفُ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَـٰهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِٱلنَّوَٰصِى وَٱلْأَقْدَامِ |
41 The lawbreakers will be known by their mark,1 and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet: |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
42 — Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? — |
|
|
هَـٰذِهِۦ جَهَنَّمُ ٱلَّتِى يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ |
43 “This is Gehenna!” — which the lawbreakers deny — |
|
|
يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ ءَانٍ |
44 They will go1 between it and boiling, scalding water. |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
45 Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? |
|
|
وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ جَنَّتَانِ |
46 But for him who fears the standing1 of his Lord2 are two gardens |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
47 — Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? — |
|
|
ذَوَاتَآ أَفْنَانٍ |
48 With spreading branches1 |
|
|
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ |
49 — Then which of the blessings of your1 Lord will you2 deny? — |
|
