|
بِّسْمِ ٱللَّـهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ |
In the name of God, the Almighty,1 the Merciful. |
|
|
وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيْتُونِ |
952 1 By the fig and the olive! |
|
|
وَطُورِ سِينِينَ |
||
|
وَهَـٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ |
3 By this land secure!1 |
|
|
لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ |
4 We have created man in the best form,1 |
|
|
ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَـٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَـٰفِلِينَ |
5 Then We return him to the lowest of the low, |
|
|
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ |
6 Save those who heed warning1 and do righteous deeds — they will have a reward unending. |
|
|
فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِٱلدِّينِ |
7 And what yet causes thee to deny the Doctrine?1 |
|
|
أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّـهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَـٰكِمِينَ |
8 Is then God not1 the most just of judges? |
