2:43 And uphold the duty,¹ and render the purity,² and be lowly³ with the lowly.⁴

2:125 And when¹ We made the house² a meeting place for mankind, and a place of security — and make³ from the station⁴ of Abraham⁵ a place of duty⁶ — and We made a covenant with Abraham and Ishmael:⁷ “Purify⁸ My house⁹ for those who walk around,¹⁰ and those who remain,¹¹ and the lowly¹² and the submitting.”¹³

3:43 “O Mary:¹ be thou humbly obedient to thy Lord, and submit thou,² and be thou lowly³ with the lowly.”³

5:55 Your ally is but God and His messenger, and those who heed warning¹ — those who uphold the duty,² and render the purity;³ and they are lowly⁴ —

9:112 The repentant, the serving, those praising, those journeying, the lowly,¹ those submitting,² those enjoining what is fitting,³ and those forbidding perversity,⁴ and the keepers of the limits of God[...];⁵ and bear thou glad tidings to the believers.⁶

48:29 Muḥammad is the messenger of God.¹ And those with him² are hard against the atheists,³ merciful among themselves — thou seest them lowly,⁴ in submission,⁵ seeking favour from God and approval, their mark⁶ on their faces⁷ of the effects⁸ of the Submission⁹ — that¹⁰ is their¹¹ likeness in the Torah. And their¹² likeness in the Gospel¹³ is like a seed that put forth its shoot, and strengthens it, and established itself upon its stem pleasing the sowers, that by them He might enrage¹⁴ the atheists.¹⁵ God has promised those who heed warning¹⁶ and do righteous deeds among them forgiveness and a great reward.
